CREDENTIALS
Based on those legal services, by our responsibilities of our profession, our office shall provide reports continuously to the client, regarding the progress of the tasks for the interest of the client
LEGAL CONSULTATION
The office is open for Legal Consultation from 09.00 AM to 22.00 PM from Monday to Friday esspecially on Saturday is open from 10.00 AM to 18.00 PM, the consultation could be commites directly conversation or interview, or by phone, fax, email or others electronic coversation which is supported the consultation and also the follow up regarding to the matter of the consultation can be print out or written in form of Legal Opinion
SECRECY
We are as Advocates and Legal Consultants shall keep the confidentially of all informations and documents concern to our legal work with clients and that was according to Law No. 18 Year 2003 regarding Advocates (”UU Advokat”) which has obliged us as Advocates and Legal Consultants not to disclosure all those informations and documents to any parties, unless with there is approve from our clientor all those disclosure obliged or based on The Prevails Laws.
PROGRESS REPORTS
Based on those legal services, by our responsibilities of our profession, our office shall provide reports continuouslyto the client, regardingthe progress of the tasks for the interest of the client. The Progress Report shall be consist of: Daily Reports; Weekly Reports; Monthly Reports; Those reports we confirm to the clients gradually, in order our clients able know description of their cases or projects and able to composing their plans.
